maintain the rage
Summer Hill Residents - keep an eye out for a flyer in your letter box over coming days.
On the day the tower was installed, a Telstra representative was heard to say "give them a couple of weeks and they'll get use to it". Well Telstra we're not used to it and we want it gone.
I think Telstra is hoping that our enthusiasm is exhausted and that we've lost motivation. We need to show them that that's not the case and that we intend to keep fighting. Please sign the petition at http://www.gopetition.com.au/online/34579.html and write to the people listed here: http://nopowertothetower-summerhill.blogspot.com/
Even if you don't live in Summer Hill please consider signing the petition - it might be in our backyard now but towers like these will be coming to a street near you if we don't let the Telcos and the Government know that we're serious.

Get Up and get Active
Please contact Get Up! and ask them for help! and remember to keep writing writing writing. Don't let this issue die! People are ready to move from their beloved Summer Hill and the childcare centre has already had parents withdraw their kids because of the tower!
